All was good, including location and staff. Bed was comfy; and there was a bathtub. Tasik Bersejarah is near to the hotel. Apart from that, central market kuala lumpur was 10 minutes' drive away. We appreciated Hilton Kuala Lumpur from the moment we entered.
-
Close to the central railway station, there's quite a lot of eatery nearby and room was nice and well maintained
-
This venue had a good lobby. They offered us buffet breakfast; moreover you can visit nearby Conservatory and try something else.

Great breakfast! Cozy room!

Easy access to public transportation hub and food outlets. The ambiaence is great for a weekend retreat.
The sauna and steam rooms are quite small and they are shared facilities with leMeridien
-
The breakfast buffet. Comfortable and clean room with graet ammenities.
There was plumbing noises in the room.

The staff and the service was outstanding.
The hotel rooms were very small and the buffet breakfast should have more variety of food.
-
The rooms where large and well appointed. the quality of the restaurants was very high. The staff super friendly and attentive. Even the chefs came out to have a yarn. 20 minute train ride from airport.
Not alot in the area apart from the station, but 20 myr will get you pretty much to all the major shopping areas in a taxi. Including the petrona towers.

I have stayed in many Hiltons so know the brand to be reliable. Malaysian people are polite and friendly so good customer service overall. Easy to get to and from the airport with the high speed no stops train.
I didn't like that no points are added to my Hilton card when booked through Bookings.com this is an issue.

For the Booked.net price, this is definitely a value for money stay given the hotel is 5-star and conveniently located slightly away from city center but with easy access to where our friends in kl live avoiding the usual traffic jam going into the city. The staff is efficient, helpful, professional and never fails to greet you wherever and whenever we run into one. The room is adequately spacious and I like hotels with modern decor. Tv channels offered included Star World and axn which I enjoy watching at home but most of hotels don't offer. The swimming pool/gym area is huge and provides a relaxing environment albeit you are in the city. We also got newspaper daily, a thumbs up for my husband. We also enjoyed a nice late afternoon meal at the Noodles restaurants, the ox-tail noodle soup was very yummy.
I guessed because it is such a great hotel, we found it particularly busy with guests coming in and out constantly, particularly in the restaurant for breakfast or at the lobby area while we were waiting for our friends. Since we were on vacation, it wasn't relaxing at all in these areas. At breakfast, the guests were rushing in and out that we found it hard to enjoy our meal slowly. Also we were disappointed at the quality of the buffet breakfast served. The food choice is vast but not delicious. The choice and taste of the breakfast buffet at the Le Meridien next door (where we stayed last time) beats the Hilton hands down.

Absolutely brilliant hotel and fantastic luxury for a bargain rate. The room and view (deluxe lake view room - it's worth it!) were amazing and couldn't fault it. Stayed for 1 night in transit and instead stayed in and enjoyed the room. True 5star Not a great deal around the hotel in walking distance but you're across the road from KL Sentral station with connections on all lines. Highly recommend

Getting there is a bit cimplicated because of onhoing roadworks. Poor indications.

The staff is very polite, freindly and helpful. The room is very well designed and furnitioned.
Price too high

Excellent location. Very convenient.
Breakfast could be better, more selection for foreign people.
